EU adopts air-passenger overhaul: what changes at Luxembourg Airport
The EU has completed adoption of revised air-passenger rules that preserve existing compensation levels while adding firm claim, refund and rerouting procedures. They will apply 12 months and 20 days after publication.

EU Parliament approves air passenger rights overhaul, keeps three-hour delay payout
The European Parliament has approved a long-stalled overhaul of EU air passenger rights, keeping the three-hour delay threshold for compensation and adding new rules on hand luggage, rebooking and 'no-show' penalties. The changes, still needing final Council sign-off, will apply from 2027 to flights across the bloc, including at Luxembourg's Findel.
